How can I obtain a prescription?
You can get an up to date prescription from your nearest optician after an eye test. It will cost around £25.
Will I need some adjustments?
It is unlikely because we are using your own frame. If needed any retail opticians should be able to adjust them for you.
Can I use my contact lens prescription to order my glasses?
No it is not appropriate mainly because there is always a slight difference.
What are the lenses made of?
The lenses are made of plastic, polycarbonate and acrylic which are lighter and safer. It is also possible to have glass lenses. Though they don’t scratch easily they tend to be heavier.
What happens if there is a mistake when we input the prescription?
We advise you to contact us as soon as humanly possible to address your concern at info@spex2relaze.co.uk
Is there a warranty on the product?
There is a 12 months warranty on any faulty products. The warranty does not apply for any accidental damage.
Why are the prices much lower than the retail shops?
We cut out all the expenses incurred in retails, like rent, staff … and pass on those savings to our customers
Can I have some replacement lenses without any prescriptions?
Yes it absolutely possible. Just send your frame.
Do I need to send a copy of my prescription?
Yes please upload an updated prescription when placing your order.

Do you accept NHS vouchers?
No
Do you sell tinted lenses?
Yes. Normal tinted lenses, polarising and photochromic lenses all will Ultra violet blocker.
Do you sell bifocals?
Yes, we even offer multifocal lenses.
Do you sell prescription spectacles for children?
No
What methods of payment are available?
We accept all debit cards and credit cards as well as PayPal.
What if I need specific lenses that are not on your list? Are you able to supply them?
Yes, we will do our very best to meet your needs.
Do I have to thin the lenses down?
It depends on your prescription. We always suggest you thin the lenses down when we have a prescription of up to +/-3 Sphere or +/- 3
cylinder this is to reduce the weight, the thickness and the lens magnification.
What happens after completing the order?
We will email you a specific delivery date.
Are the glasses tracked once they are dispatched to the customer?
Yes, we use Royal Mail and all orders are tracked.
